Ordering Information:
Products are available to U.S. ORDERS ONLY.
NO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are accepted.
Please allows 10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
We reserve the right at all times to cancel any order placed with us for reasons we may deem necessary or that violate our policies.

PAYMENT:
Crimson Pool Productions accepts payment using credit card or Pay Pal. Please use the Shopping Cart to place your order and select payment method. We no longer accept personal checks or money orders. Payment must be received before any orders are shipped. We reserve the right to decline any order and cancel or refund payment.

Order Cancellation and Restocking Fees:
Canceled orders made at the request of the customer are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee.

Shipping Information:
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground within 10 business days.
There is no shipping on Saturdays, Sundays, or federal/state observed holidays.
We do not guarantee delivery dates. Once a product is shipped, it may or can be delayed in shipping for many reasons beyond our control.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking information for your order. Be aware that tracking information provided by the shipping carrier is not always accurate.

Returns/Refund Policy:
Your satisfaction is very important to us! If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us either by phone or email. You may request a return for any unopened product within 10 days of the receipt of the product for a refund the original purchase price. All shipping costs (original & return) are non-refundable.
